 tend the Hawkesbury Social Sport Club Annual General Meeting 2026.\n\nThe 
 Hawkesbury Social Sport Club (HSSC) is organizing its Annual General Meeti
 ng (AGM) as part of the club’s standard yearly procedure. At this meetin
 g, members will receive updates on the operations and finances of the club
 , speak on agenda items, and vote to adopt the President’s and Treasurer
 ’s Annual Reports. In addition, new Executives will be elected on the da
 y, with elections conducted based on the nominations received, ensuring th
 e continued growth and strong governance of the club.\n\nThe details of th
 e meeting are as follows:\nDate: 31st October 2026\nTime: 1-2pm\nLocation/
 Access: R8, Memorial Hall, Hawkesbury campus\n\nThe AGM will provide membe
 rs with an opportunity to find out about the activities and operations of 
 Hawkesbury Social Sport Club, hear the President’s annual report, hear t
 he Treasurer’s annual report, participate in the election of the Executi
 ve Committee, discuss relevant Club matters and general business, have an 
 opportunity to raise matters relevant to the Club.\n\nThe outcome of the E
 xecutive Committee election will be formally announced at the AGM.\n\nWe s
 trongly encourage all members to participate in the nomination and voting 
 process and, where possible, attend the AGM.\nYour involvement is importan
 t in helping shape the future direction of Hawkesbury Social Sport Club an
 d ensuring that the Club continues to represent and support its members.\n
